Had a little issue with the QR payment at Capitano Café a few days ago (it went through twice) but the team was super helpful and quickly refunded me — really appreciate that! Also, their latte is honestly the best one in Gili and the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the harbor. Definitely will come back next time!

Really nice chill place serving all day breakfast,sandwiches, and smoothie bowls. They also have some Indonesian classics as well. Coffee is great and one of the nicer ones on the island! Sharib was great with service, super attentive and helpful. Ambience of the place is great, AC on the lower floor, and a terrace facing the ocean. Highly recommend!

I was looking for crepes and someone. Told me I should try this place. And man was i happy. Firstly the atmosphere was great it's so cute inside they even have an upstairs and I think a outside stand as well. I got a caramel latte with oat milk which was so good it came with a flower in it And the banana crepe which was also really good I just wish the bananas were in the crepe and not on the inside. But that's just me being picky. It was really good. This place is a must when coming to gili and it's only 1 min walk from the port.

We tried Hello Capitano after reading on a blog that it was one of the best breakfast spots on Gili T-it didn’t disappoint! This cafe brings cool island vibes to the heart of the buzz on Gili Trawangan. The food was delicious, portions generous, and the prices were some of the best we saw on the Gilis -detail and quality was outstanding My açaí bowl was beautifully served in a coconut with a flower garnish, and my iced vanilla oat latte (also topped with a flower) was one of the best coffees I’ve had in Indonesia so far. My partner had the smashed avocado and an iced matcha that he said “hit the spot.” We loved it so much that we returned in the evening for ice cream at their beach bar across the road. It was such a cute little stop for a sweet treat to enjoy on our walk back along the beach to our villa. The service was also outstanding-special thanks to Loade and Syarif for being so friendly, helpful, and professional. They truly made us feel like we should extend our stay on the island. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Lovely place & staff, I ordered the avocado toast which looks gorgeous but tasted a bit off. I recommend the iced mocha drink. The staff were very friendly & chatted with us about their backgrounds and ours. They kindly gave us all free ginger shots too! Would definitely return.

Super smoothie bowls! This spot was actually recommended to me by another shop (that had run out of smoothie bowls) so we knew it was good and it didn't disappoint Smoothie bowls were served in a halved coconut and tasted soooo good! The vibe in there is great too, all the staff are so nice and it was pretty busy with a continuous flow of customers. There is seating indoors (which is much cooler) and upstairs (no air con) and the place looks super cute in general. Would definitely go back!

What a great little spot. There are so many good food choices. We came in hungry and left with extras for later in the day. Thanks to Laode and everyone else for looking after us

1. The staff is so kind, very helpful and friendly. I went three days in a row and they remembered me and my drink. ^^ Roji and Erna were joyful, helpful and made me want to stay. 2. Coffee is delicious. 3. Food is really good, too. But I didn’t love the vegan berry crumble cake. It was super dry with little berry in it. But the açaí bowl was to kill for. And had a pretty presentation. 4. The upstairs is quite nice with the fans and ability to people watch on the street. 5. Place has great vibes. I highly recommend.
